Little Scrummers is an exciting idea based on non contact rugby for girls and boys aged 2 years to 6 years, which encourages them to live a healthier life.  It improves their gross motor skills, and their sporting ability by introducing them to sport at an earlier age, and also increases their confidence and self esteem.  It has a positive effect on communication, behavioural, and social skills.
