This not only improves their knowledge of working in sport and with children but can help with self confidence and is a great start to a career. We feel this opportunity enables our volunteers to gain hands on experience and a working real life knowledge of their chosen degree/course and their personal development. We have current volunteers working towards their Duke of Edinburgh Gold Awards & in the John Lewis Sports Partnership program.
