Colchester Coaches

  • Tia Hopkins - Lead CoachI have been participating and competing in a variety of different sports from a young age. I began to realise my passion for sports at school. I have then applied my knowledge and keen interest to coach a variation of sports such as trampolining. After gaining sport coaching qualifications I have a keen interest to gain a sport and exercise science degree at university. I am an enthusiastic coach and love to see young children develop their skills and have fun within my coaching sessions!
  • Ellie Pearce - Lead CoachI have been involved with many different sports since a very young age. Ranging from martial arts, long distance running, football and rugby. Starting taekwondo at the age of 4 I eventually worked my way up to a black belt competing in international competitions. Taekwondo is where I discovered my passion for coaching and teaching all ages and abilities. Observing my students at competitions and gradings and watching each of them develop a passion for the sport as I do is something that is very rewarding! This inspired me to earn my qualification for coaching sports. The skills that your Little Scrummers can learn from playing rugby and the fun they can have is why I love coaching!
